New heat meter made from composite

Ambiductor launches a meter for energy measurement in apartments and villas. The meter is built entirely of composite and has a detachable energy calculator.

This means that it is more environmentally friendly, has a lower price and is easier to carry while at the same time having all the functions found in district heating meters.

Qalcosonic E4 also has pulse inputs for connecting water meters and a built-in M-bus together with wireless M-bus and an extra communication card slot. LoRaWAN and soon also NB-IoT are available as accessories. The meter is prepared for Internet-of-Things.

The name Qalcosonic is a fusion of "Qalco" (calculation) and "sonic" (ultrasound).
