New support portal
Ambiductor has always been focused on providing the best possible service to its customers. In order to improve this further, the company has introduced a new support system. The new system is powered by a portal where both colleagues and retailers can follow ongoing and closed cases.
The new portal is accessed via support.ambiductor.se and contains both technical and market-related support. There you can post your cases yourself and share them with customers, colleagues and retailers.
As soon as a new case, a support agent will access the case and respond within one business day.
Cases that are upgraded to complaints will also be handled via the same system to provide the opportunity to follow the entire case from description and proposed measures to return to the manufacturer and to the workplace.
The portal then communicates all information to its own inbox for the fastest and clearest support. This also means that you can respond to matters directly via your mailbox. Closed cases can also be opened.
A Wiki (knowledge database) will also be included for support. Cases that are recurring will have solutions documented and an AI helps to find the right articles for the fastest action.
