Support manager wanted
Here you will have the opportunity to continue to contribute to Ambiductor's success. The title as a support manager is new, which means that you will be able to shape the role. Our new office is well located in Täby with the opportunity to start from home.
About the role
As a support manager, the work is primarily to help our customers who have problems with products or data communication. This includes troubleshooting at the customer's request, but also proactively to prevent and remedy in collaboration with suppliers, partners and our internal experts.
Ambiductor works against an increasingly automated troubleshooting system where you will also contribute with planning. The support can apply to both mechanical issues, simpler technical issues and several more difficult questions about connectivity within Internet-of-Things. All the knowledge required is internally.
In addition to the support, you will be responsible for the documentation. We write our own data sheets and operating instructions that are often based on English documentation from suppliers. You will customize the original documentation to the Swedish standard, but you will also have access to external consultants who can perform the work on request.

Ambiductor has supplied the Swedish market with water meters and energy meters since 2010. The company was the first in Europe with IoT-connected, certified district heating meters. Today, a variety of smart sensors are delivered in VA, district heating, real estate and society.
