New board at Ambiductor – new energy for growth and development

Stockholm, 11 July 2025 – Ambiductor AB, a Swedish technology company within energy metering and IoT, has appointed a new board to strengthen the company’s continued development. The new board combines extensive experience in business development, technology, communications and sales – with the goal of leading Ambiductor into the next phase of growth.

The new board:

Annika Holst, chairman of the board

With over ten years of experience on the Ambiductor board, Annika now steps in as chair. She has a degree in economics and has a background in the automotive industry, logistics solutions and mobile telephony. Her strengths lie in developing new products, building brands and communication. Annika will lead the future work of the board with a particular focus on strategic direction, communication and strengthening the Ambiductor brand.

Stefan Gunbrant, board member

Stefan has extensive experience in energy, IT, business development and business building. He has worked in line positions in both large and small organizations where he has driven several change projects at the interface between business development and technology. His broad network in energy measurement and solid experience in business strategy make him an important part of Ambiductor's journey towards increased growth and efficiency.

Karl-Johan Hultman, board member

Karl-Johan, who founded Ambiductor, continues as CEO with overall responsibility for the company. His role on the board ensures that daily operational work harmonizes with strategic development.

Cecilia Hultman, deputy board member

Cecilia works actively with sales within Ambiductor and has taken on the role of deputy with a special focus on strengthening and streamlining the sales organization.

Focus ahead: goals and challenges

The new board has identified a number of priority areas to drive Ambiductor forward:

1. Sales in focus – The company should breathe sales. The sales organization needs to become more unified, proactive and autonomous – both on the inside and outside sales side.
2. Sustainable division of labor – CEO Karl-Johan Hultman’s workload should be reduced through increased delegation and division of responsibilities in the team.
3. Growth strategy & roadmap – A clear strategy and roadmap should be developed for products, business areas, customer channels, supplier collaborations and organizational development.

Outgoing board

With these changes, Axel Carlander is leaving the Ambiductor board. Axel has directly and indirectly influenced the company for over 13 years, including in his role as chairman of the board. With his long experience of starting, leading and building companies, he has left his mark on Ambiductor.

The owner, CEO and board thank Axel for his long and loyal service and everything he has contributed during these years.
